Main directions of the laboratory: Creating a scientific basis for the development of new technological equipment on the base of alternative (non-traditional) energy for cotton processing machines, testing industrial experimental specimens.

Extensive using of digital technologies at design and testing of advanced cotton gins and development of methods for their implementation.

Participation in production equipping by serving mechanical engineering facilities and cotton ginning industry on the base of modern technologies and on the results of fundamental, practical and innovative projects.
