Main Research Areas of the Laboratory:
Development of the scientific foundations of cotton harvesting machines, picking units, and other agricultural machinery based on the fundamental laws of interconnected body systems and the principles of the theory of mechanisms and machines.
Investigation of technological and dynamic processes in cotton harvesting units, as well as cotton conveying systems to machine hoppers, with the aim of determining optimal operating modes and recommending innovative engineering solutions. Development of fundamental machine principles, including methods for calculating machine productivity (particularly using cotton harvesting machines as examples).
Preparation of proposals for designing resource-efficient and energy-saving machine structures based on the results of fundamental, applied, and innovative research projects.
