“Mexanika muammolari” O‘zbekiston jurnali uchun maqola tayyorlash va qabul qilish tartibi

Maqola hajmi 4-5 betdan oshmasligi kerak. Maqola matni А4 formatda, Microsoft Word redaktorida elektron variantda topshirilishi kerak. Betlar chegarasi chapdan – 2 sm; oʼng, tepa va pastdan – 2.5 sm. Maqola matni bir intervalda, 11 pt oʼlchamli Times New Roman shriftida yozib, 2 nusxada topshiriladi. Har bir nusxada maqola oxirida mualliflar imzosi boʼlishi talab etiladi.

Maqolaga adabiyotlar roʼyxati, oʼzbek, rus va ingliz tillarida annotatsiya qoʼshimcha qilinadi (hajmi 3-4 qator). Maqolani birinchi betida UDK, muallifning (mualliflar) ismi familiyasi, maqolani nomi bosh xarflar bilan yozilgan boʼlishi kerak. Аdabiyotlar roʼyhatidan keyin maqola taqdim etilayotgan institut yoki tashkilot nomi va maqola topshirilgan sana koʼrsatilishi. Аlohida betda maqola taqdim etayotgan mualliflar haqida maʼlumotlar, elektron pochta manzili va ular bilan bogʼlanish mumkin boʼlgan aloqa telefonlari keltiriladi.

Har bir maqolaga quyidagi hujjatlar ilova qilinadi:

– ekspertiza xulosasi;

– laboratoriya (kafedra) yoki muallif ishlovchi tashkilot seminari xulosasi;

– jurnalning bosh muharriri akademik T.R. Rashidov nomiga tashkilot rahbaridan rasmiy xat.

Taqdim etilgan maqola bir necha marta dastlabki ekspertizadan oʼtkaziladi. Ekspertiza natijalariga bogʼliq holda maqola muallifga qaytarilmaydi. Maqolani jurnalda chop etish masalasini bosh muharrir taqdim etilgan maqola yoʼnalishi boʼyicha tahririyat aʼzolari bilan birgalikda hal qiladi. Maqolaga retsenzentning koʼrsatgan kamchilliklari muallif toʼgʼrilab qaytadan tahririyatga topshiradi. Qayta ishlangan maqola tahririyatda qaytadan koʼrib chiqiladi. Yangi variantdagi maqolaning qoʼl yozmasi tayyor boʼlganidan soʼng, muallif retsenzentning koʼrsatgan kamchiliklari va savollariga batafsil javob berib, qayta ishlash jarayonida maqolaga kiritgan oʼzgartirishlarini keltirib oʼtilgan xat qoʼshimcha qiladi. Maqola chop etishga qabul qilingandan soʼng maqola muharrir tomonidan tahrir qilinadi.

Аdabiyotlar roʼyhati:

Havolada adabiyotlarga koʼrsatkichlar kvadrat qavslar ichida va uchrash tartibida koʼrsatiladi. Аdabiyotlar roʼyxati maqola oxirida GOST talablariga mos holda rasmiylashtiriladi(quyida adabiyotlar roʼyxatini rasmiylashtirish boʼyicha misollar keltirilgan).

Правила оформления статей

Правила приема и оформления статей для Узбекского журнала «Проблемы механики». Объём статьи не более 4-5 страниц машинописного текста. Текст статьи должен быть представлен в электронном варианте – в редакторе Microsoft Word, в формате А4. Поля слева: 2 см; справа, сверху, снизу: 2.5 см. Текст статьи печатается через одинарный интервал, шрифт Times New Roman, размер шрифта 11 пт; в распечатанном виде – 2 экз. На каждом экземпляре в конце статьи должны быть подписи авторов.

К статье прилагаются: список литературы, аннотации на узбекском, русском, английском языках (объём 3-4 строк). Титульная страница должна содержать УДК, инициалы и фамилию (или фамилии) автора(ов), затем название статьи прописными буквами. Под списком литературы указать институт или организацию, представившую статью, и дату её поступления. Также на отдельной странице указать сведения об авторах, их контактные телефоны и адреса электронной почты.

Для каждой представляемой статьи должны быть: Акт экспертизы; решение семинара лаборатории (кафедры) или той организации, где работает автор. Необходимо также официальное сопроводительное письмо руководителя организации на имя главного редактора журнала академика Т.Р. Рашидова, в котором указываются возможные варианты финансирования статьи.

Представленная статья проходит не одну предварительную экспертизу. Независимо от результата экспертизы статья автору не возвращается. Решение о публикации статьи в журнале принимается главным редактором совместно с членами редколлегии по специализации представленной статьи. Просьба редакции о переработки статьи в соответствии с замечаниями рецензента не означает, что статья принята к печати. После переработки статья вновь рассматривается редколлегией. После переработки к новому варианту текста статьи прилагается письмо автора (ов), в котором даются подробные ответы на замечания и вопросы, поставленные в отзыве рецензента, и комментируются все исправления, внесенные в текст рукописи в процессе переработки. После принятия к публикации статья редактируется научным редактором

Ссылки на литературные источники указываются в квадратных скобках в порядке цитирования. Список литературы приводится в конце в соответствии с ГОСТ (ниже приведены примеры оформления списка литературы).

The volume of the article should be no more than 4-5 pages of typewritten text. The text of the article should be submitted in electronic version – in the Microsoft Word editor, in A4 format. Left margins: 2 cm; right, top, bottom: 2.5 cm. The text of the article is printed in single spacing, font Times New Roman, font size 11 pt; with 2 copies in print. At the end of each copy of the article there should be the authors’ signature.

The article is accompanied by: a list of references, abstracts in Uzbek, Russian, English (3-4 lines). The title page should contain the UDC, initials and surname (or surnames) of the author (s), then the title of the article in capital letters. Under the list of literature indicate the institution or organization that submitted the article, and the date of its submission. Also on a separate page indicate information about authors, their contact numbers and e-mail addresses.

For each article submitted, there should be: an act of expertise; resolution of the laboratory (department) seminar or of organization where the author works. An official covering letter of the head of the organization to the editor-in-chief, Academician T.R. Rashidov, which indicates possible options for funding the article, is also necessary.

The presented article undergoes preliminary expertise. Regardless of the result of the expertise, the article is not returned to the author. The decision to publish an article in the journal is made by the editor in chief and the members of editorial board on the specialization of the article presented. The editor’s request to revise the article in accordance with the comments of the reviewer does not mean that the article has been accepted for publication. After revision, the article is once again reviewed by editorial board. After revision, the author (s) attaches a letter to the revised text of the article, which gives detailed answers to the comments and questions raised in the review, and comments on all corrections made to the revised text of the manuscript. After acceptance for publication, the article is edited by a scientific editor.
