Raxmatulin Xalil \u0410xmedovich O\u02bczbekistonda mexaniklar maktabini yaratdi va egiluvchan-plastik to\u02bclqinlar tarqalishi nazariyasi, gaz tarqalishida zarba to\u02bclqini difraktsiyasi, jism o\u02bctkazuvchanligi aerodinamikasi va parashyut nazariyasi, gruntlar dinamikasi, ko\u02bcp komponentli muhitlar harakati va boshqa sohalarda fundamental natijalarni olgan. V.Q.Qobulov sterjenlar va qobiqlar nazariyasini aniqlash va hisoblash usullarini rivojlantirgan, chegaralangan sterjenlarning bo\u02bcylama, burama va ko\u02bcndalang tebranishida plastik to\u02bclqinlar fronti tarqalishini va yuksizlanishini ifodalovchi algoritmini ishlab chiqqan, kesimi yumaloq bo\u02bclmagan sterjenlar, baland ustunlar va silindrik qobiqlarni burama masalalarini echgan. U elastik hamda plastik plitalarning to\u02bclqinlar va qalinligi radiusiga nisbatan keng diapazonada bo\u02bclgan qobiqlarning nazariyasini yaratgan. Bino va inshootlarni zilzilabardoshligini dinamik nazariyasi masalalari, tebranishlarning yuqori shaklining ta\u02bcsiri, zilzila ta\u02bcsirida ichki ishqalanishni ta\u02bcsiri masalalari ustida ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borgan. Kibernetikada asosiy muammolarni va algoritmlash nazariyasini yaratgan, deformatsiyalanadigan qattiq jismlar mexanikasini fazoviy masalalarida, qurilish mexanikasida, ma\u02bclumotlarni ramziy ishlab chiqish va tutash muxit mexanikasining ba\u02bczi bir chegaraviy masalalarini qo\u02bcyilishini avtomatlashtirishgan. Birinchi marotaba er osti inshootlarini atrofidagi grunt bilan elastik-qovushqoqplastik xossaga ega bo\u02bclgan, o\u02bczaro ta\u02bcsirini mohiyatini aniqlagan, quvurlarni mayda zarrachali gruntlar bilan o\u02bczaro ta\u02bcsirini ularni birgalikdagi harakatida hamma kinematik parametrlarini hisobga oluvchi reologik modelini ishlab chiqqan. U bino va inshootlarni zilzilabardoshligi nazariyasini, hayotni ta\u02bcminlovchi tizimlarni er osti inshootlarini, metropolitenlarni statsionar va peregon tonnellarini hisoblash usullarini rivojlantirgan. Uning rahbarligi ostida GIS-texnologiyasi asosida kuchli zilzilalarda aholi yashash punktlarini seysmik xavfini va zararlanishini baholashni metodologiyasi ishlab chiqilgan va Respublikamizning katta shaxarlariga qo\u02bcllanilgan, shuningdek Toshkent, Samarqand, Namangan va Xiva. Yuqori samarali va mukammal texnik echimga ega bo\u02bclgan MOKX apparati paxta xom ashyosini terishda terim to\u02bcliqligini, paxtadan tola va ip (pryaja) chiqish miqdorini oshirishga imkon yaratdi. Bu apparat paxta terish mashinasining oltita modifikatsiyasida qo\u02bcllanildi. Teplovozlardagi tortuvchi elektrodvigatellarin tebranish nazariyasi va dinamik mustaxkamlikka hisoblash, hamda ularni echmasdan turib texnik xolatini diagnostika qilish usullarini yaratdi. Zamonaviy texnologiyalar va noosferaning o\u02bczaro bog\u02bclanishi, mexanika, kuchli chiziqsizliklarga ega dinamik tizimlar, mashinalar mexanikasi sohalariga favqulodda holatlar nazariyasini tadbiqan rivojlantirgan. U birinchi bo\u02bclib, xaos va favqulodda xolatlar nazariyalarini avtomobilqurilishi masalalariga qo\u02bcllash bo\u02bcyicha izlanishlarni boshlagan. Matematik fizikaning klassik bo\u02bclmagan tenglamalari uchun chegaraviy masalalarni aniqlik nazariyasini ishlab chiqilishiga katta hissa qo\u02bcshgan.
